Thus, MICHELIN will be the coordinator of the project WHITECYCLE at 2 levels: the general coordination of the project and the Technical coordination of the project MICHELIN will have also a technical role bringing its knowledge in tyre manufacturing, tyre performance,  collection, and recycling but also its scientific excellence in the fields of PET recognition on complex textile waste, textile waste shaping processes, fibre and matrix electrostatic separation and PET pre-treatment).

MICHELIN will also provide key infrastructure to the project, such as material transformation process (extrusion, treatment, calendering) tyre manufacturing, material and tyre test machines and material analysis processes.
